· We’re really fussy ! - No ingredient enters our kitchen unless it is perfectly fresh and we are 100% happy that it is the very best quality we can find.
· No short cuts ! - Once all the ingredients have been prepared they are cooked by chefs as if we were in a restaurant kitchen or better still at home. Small batches and everything cooked from scratch - we even mash our potatoes by hand to make sure they taste like proper mash! This way, you can have real confidence.
